The power of Jasmine didn't go to far, since it remained in it's side of the multiverse, the world it came from. Instead it hovered, outside time and space over two places.
One was Sunnydale, the home of a vampire hunter who with friends had survived and thrived the threats of the darkness sent to them. As well as the threats which they had seen, also possible hosts for the power which it held. The time line from as soon as the Slayer arrived till the day the Hellmouth closed to beyond and into the world was paced back and forth by the energies.
Another was a few years into the time line of the first, in Los Angles, where a Vampire with a Soul fought enemies with friends. any one of them could have been gifted by this force. The fact they were the ones who had destroyed Jasmine was poetic in a way.
