His name was Allen Derrick Drake, and he was a mutant. One with a strange unheard of power over the minds of others. For he was Addictivo, or that was the name he had chosen to go by, for he had the ability to mentally alter the brains of others. Granting or removing all and any kind of addictions in the minds of others. Changing both the thoughts as well as the brain chemistry of those he wished and could see, with the power of his own mind. The slim, eighteen year old young man was a bit of a nerd through out his life. Not one which was bully. Allen eventually figured out he had used his powers subconciously to get those who would have bullied him addicted to not bullying Allen... but just Allen. The jocks gained a physical need to avoid bullying him. For that was Allen's power. He could give a dependency on performing an action, using a substance or thinking a certain way. Then there brains would reward of pleasure and a feeling of well being. Even if the activity managed to have no effect on their life, made their life better or had the effect of destroying their life like many addictions. They just had to do it. He could create such an addiction, cure it or any natural addiction (Get hook on smoking. Allen could just use his powers and smoking would have no effect on you ever again, no matter how much nicotine in it.) or transfer one natural or artificial addictions to another kind (An alcoholic suddenly becomes a shopaholic).
