The energy portal opened an a female figure stepped into the night. She was slim, small,  dark skinned black woman, with glowing green eyes an flaming red hair. In spite of her appearance she had vast mental powers, like telepathy, she was able to move people an objects with her mind, start fire by just thinking it, control the minds of other with just a single touch. An she had a mission. That her leader had assigned her, because she was the Brainchild. The most feared villainess' of the future. She was here to change her passed an claim those who rightfully were meant to serve her.

So Wonder Woman with a Flip, I had an idea for Barbara (no latex involved) and I just saw a Halloween costume at the store that has me rethinking it. So Pink Bat or Black Cop?
