"Hmmmm" Selina purred as she rolled over on her bed, eying the zipper gleaming between her clawed gloves. "If that stuck-up, by-the-book commissioner had a change of heart... I wonder how this city could be changed?"

She playfully thought of the stoic, always on the moral high ground Jim Gordon and wondered if the zipper's barely-understood powers would be enough to change even such a man into a playful Gotham siren more fitting Catwoman's company.

"Well, only one way to find out!" Selina purred.

She minced over to place a few phonecalls. She was still fairly trusted in Gotham after helping Batman out on several cases recently. She made an appointment with Gordon at the bat-signal, claiming that she had uncovered a plot by Ra's Al Ghul to brainwash and control several Gotham officials. Packing the zipper in her toolbag, Catwoman swung off over the rooftops towards the police building.
