As Tim neared the bottom of the stairs he could already hear the urgent bleeping coming from one of the machines. As soon as her heard it and recognised it as one of the Batcave's communications computers Tim started running down the stairs, leaping them
two at a time. He skidded on the floor in front of the computer the dust was thick, he wondered quite what Alfred was playing at. It didn't look like anything had been cleaned for weeks. Shaking his head he tapped in his access code in to the computer as
fast as he could.
On the other end was a females voice, "Hello, Hello, is any one there, Oh God, Hello.. please pick up someone, anyone," Tim recognised the voice as belonging to the anonymous Batgirl. She sounded panicked and scared, he'd never heard that from her before,
being far more used to her misplaced confidence and arrogance.
"Batgirl, is that you?" Tim said on the computer, before remembering protocall, "Access code please."
"Oh thank god... 628910" Batgirl recited quickly, "Robin, it's me Batgirl," the voice said. "Where have you all been, I've been trying this line for days.."
Tim sighed, that was more like the Batgirl he knew already critising thinking she knew best, "Batgirl, I don't have time for this, I am really busy right now, do you know where Batman is?"
"I got a message to meet him, but he didn't show up." Batgirl said.
"When was this?" Tim questioned.
"Last night, the message came from one of the computers in the Batcave, it had the right code and everything," Batgirl said.
"ok thanks Batgirl, if you hear anything please get in touch."
"No... No don't hang up." there was a long pause, Tim got impatient with the wait and was about to speak "I.. I need your help Robin," another pause, "Batman didn't show up, but someone else did... Robin.. I've been buried alive and I'm running out of
air."
