The goddess sat in the gardens of Olympus; Hera, Artemis, Hestia and Athena scowled in nervous rage. Demeter sat apathetic and Aphrodite was rather smug with herself.
"So, the bat has managed to make a war of glory for your Amazons," Aphrodite smiled, "The forces of evil are thrashed, and he is making a rather loving home for himself."
"Mortal so called NEO-Pagans are indeed singing our prasies," Hera conceded.
"And he gave the Amazons the exact locations for so many juicy Strategic targets," Aphrodite smirked, "And your huntresses served you well in hunting and slaughtering dangerous foes didn't they Artemis?"
"Shut up Aphrodite."
"Athena please explain what is happening to me," Demeter asked.
"The targets that the Bat gave the Amazons are what are called command and control nodes," Athena brought the destruction into focus in the scrying pool, "These are the paths for the mortals to pass orders along. Now each of the forces are more fragmented
and less able to be effective in battle. This Luthor is nearly blind as to his own abilities as he tries to strike back. The mercenaries are trying to figure out where these Shadows are based. Here in Pakistan this warehouse is now a bloodbath because it
use to be a front for the Shadow's smuggling operations, now only the manager is a member, and he is being executed. He was the commander of that cities Assassin cult. The Luthor mercenaries will not leave that city alive."
"And these senses are playing out all over the world are they not?" Aphrodite asked.
"Yes. The mortals forces are being depleted," Athena conceded, "But our forces are being depleted as well. The Americans in particular were very apt at finding our cloaked transports and destroyed many of them when they returned home after attacking Luthor
and the League in their territories."
"The mortal Luthor," Hera tried to remain calm, "Seeks to place our champion on trial for the actions of the Amazons, what will this bat do about this?"
"From what he asked of their Justice League," Athena shook her head, "He will make the trial public and then lay out the actions of Luthor that lead to the attacks by the Amazons."
"This might be dangerous," Artemis noted, "Luthor has contacted Cheetah, no doubt to strike at Diana directly."
