As soon as Superman took off for Hong Kong, Mr. Hanson smiled a broad grin. Owning a strip club and pimping out women gave Mr. Hanson a very good sense of the sexual desires of guys, and he used this knowledge to help him "persuade" Superman to work for him. I am a genius, he thought. I have succeeded where supervillains couldn't, all because instead of trying to kill Superman I realized it would be better off him working for me, and realizing he is a guy so probably has a weakness for women. A part of him didn't think this would work, despite his bravado. Now that it looked it would, he had to start thinking through what obstacles would stop Superman from working with him and being trailer trash. Hmm, he thought, if seduction and chemicals could turn him, there was a risk that a woman from his life of Superman could turn him back (especially if 'class' was used). Who was that woman he was always rescuing again? That reporter?
"Candy, run next door and get me a copy of the Daily Planet," he barked out. As Candy went off to do her errand, he had to think about what to do about her. Could he ignore her? What if he did that and then Superman (or Superstud, as he should start calling him) ran into her and managed to overcome his imprint on Candy? No, he couldn't take that risk.
As he thought about it, Candy returned carrying a newspaper and a pack of smokes. "Here you go, boss," she said, tossing him the newspaper.
He looked through the bylines, and there she was. Lois Lane, with a picture of her pretty face near her byline. She had written some article about corruption in the mayor's office or some shit like that that Mr. Hanson couldn't care less about. But the picture he did care about. She was pretty enough that she could entice SuperStud, and there may be enough residual feelings left in Superman to restore him. No, he definitely had to do something about her. She would look a lot better with Trash, he thought. Maybe that would be the ticket. If she was exposed to enough of it, or for a long enough duration, perhaps it could be made permanent. Then even if SuperStud did see her, it wouldn't be much different than him being with Candy. He could handle that. Offer to hire her, or pay her some bribe money to boss Superman around or whatever. He knew how to handle trashy women. But a classy women like she was now could be trouble.
"Sid, is there any way to make Trash have permanent effects?" he asked.
Sid thought about it, and thought it was possible. Then Mr. Hanson and Sid came up with their plan.
