Roy had experienced more than his share of bad days but whatever the heck had happened at this bank. He'd thought it was going to be simple take down of the Joker and his muscle but then the reports had come in. The Joker wasn't trying to get some money,
no attempt had been made to open the safe or empty the drawers. This harkened back to the days when the Joker was first making a name for himself and would kill people just to attract the Batman's attention.
Roy had only come to Gotham because he'd heard that Jericho had recently come to this town and was going to set up shop. He had wanted to catch him quickly, preferably before Batman got involved but it looked like bigger things
were going down in this town. Roy should have realized it wouldn't be so clear cut that he could just jump in to the fray considered how different Joker, Harley, and that new girl had looked. Roy had run with Wonder Woman and Supergirl on occasion, they had
a beauty to them that could be called otherworldly. Something had occurred to the villainous trio of clowns that had been here to make them on par in the looks department.
The way that unknown girl had acted, putting her fist through that guard, Roy was glad that he was still alive. If not for the sudden appearance of Gotham's Finest when they had, Roy's body would have been decorating the walls,
not that the state he was discovered in was any less embarrassing. His pants had been cut off at the seams and a series of light cuts had been made along his legs though he was already starting to scab after a few minutes from their departure. Now that he
knew what he was up against he would be ready for his next encounter.
Roy knew that it was only a matter of time till Batman contacted him, it didn't matter where he was so there was no point in wasting the night waiting. Roy would go to an armory he had with the necessary tools and then he would
hunt down those sociopaths that had killed all these people as part of their sick entertainment. He would make sure that they were brought to justice.
