The patient was transported from the base hospital to the office for the debriefing.
"Please state you name," The shrink ordered.
"Rogers, Stephanie Lieutenant United States Army."
"What unit were you assigned to?"
"Special Troops Battalion, Headquarters Regiment, First United States Army Group."
"The ghost Army?" the shrink asked.
"It was decided that Patton and Captain America being in same unit would convince the Germans that Fortitude South was real."
"Tell me about Barnes, James Buchanan."
"I knew Bucky from the city growing up. After I became a nurse he enlisted, I grabbed him to help me out because I needed someone I could trust when I started as Captain America."
"How much did you trust him?"
"I trusted him with my life, with my secrets."
"Did you fraternize with him?"
She didn't answer.
"Lieutenant, please answer the question."
"Yes," She started crying, "We were so wonderful together."
"Tell us about your capture."
"It was a raid on a Hydra base in Denmark. Bucky and I were going in with a team of British Commandos. At First it was easy, the patrols were lightly armed foreign troops from army. That didn't make sense until we got inside. They had Hungarian and Spanish
troops to guard the outside of the Hydra base so they could talk to the Danish people. They didn't want them to let the locals know that they were building missiles. The elites of the Hydra Grenadiers were waiting for us. The Commandos gave a good account
of themselves, but the gas they used knocked us out and would have killed us if they hadn't turned it off."
"What else happened?"
Stephanie didn't say anything, she didn't say how she woke up in chains on a bed and Bucky was in a German uniform and that the Red Skull was next to her.
