While the Fuser pondered what to do, Tony Stark performed a mental command and summoned his latest Iron Man armor. The sleek metal pieces flew through the room and wrapped themselves around Tony's body until he was armored up and ready for a fight.
"I'm sorry Masque, but you don't have an appointment. Come back later," Iron Man said while calmly blasting one of the Dreadnoughts with his repulsors.
"You idiot, at a single command from me your assistant dies!" Masque shouted at him.
"You're not that cold-blooded," Iron Man said and launched himself at Masque's flying car.
As Iron Man raced towards Madame Masque, the Fuser reached a decision. Grinning, the cloaked villain took aim with his fusion gun and fired! A warping field of light enveloped Iron Man and Madame Masque, and they suddenly an irresistible tug as they were pulled towards each other. When they touched, armor and cloth began merging and melding, and then the flesh beneath. They cried out in unison at the ecstatic feeling of bodies and souls slipping together and meshing, and then it was over.
A single figure arose as the light died down. Her curvaecous form was covered by a suit of red and white armor with holsters containing high-tech blasters at her hips. her face was covered by a perfect, beautiful female mask and she blinked and stared down at her hands.
"What happened to us? What happened to me? I... I am Iron Mask," she said in a voice much like Madame Masques but with some of Iron man's inflections.
