Cobra Commander, after some minor post op tranny action, decided to work on his plan to dominate love. The list from the scientists he had taken over had given him the tools and methods to develop his plot, as did the billions Cobra was getting legally and illegally from Slither.
'King Corp, a company not obviously owned by Extensive Enterprises but secretly is, created Slither. Now it has partnerships and relationships with many technology and media firms. Search engines, social networking sites, games, video sharing sites and more... all at a moment's notice ready to send the same kind of hypno-messaging as Slither. Slither is just one of the easiest and the one we control best.
We can now repeat the message over and over again, so it is retained in the brain for longer if not permanent time frames. It is also possible to alternate between more then one message if needed. We can also layer the messages so more then one message coud be played at the same time. Now we can use targeted subliminal programming to activate the aspects of the brain to link ideas and thoughts outside a person's mind.
All of the above it especially true with Cobra's networking, save it effects everyone but me. Like the Baroness.' Thought the man in the metal mask, as he worked on his female soldier.
The Commander knew he could effect Flint and any others with his own tools, but he wanted to change the Baroness and could use her to do the same with Flint or whoever.
So he had a few linked messages, set in phases...
Phase one: Destro is not attractive. Destro is dull and boring. I do not love Destro, he is just a colleague.
Phase two: Flint is attractive. Flint is sex. I love Flint, and must convert him into my Cobra ally and my lover.
The Commander then used the cameras and audio feeds he had placed or had his men place (even in their own rooms) to have his computer watch and observe the Baroness as his commands took effect.
