This lists the various security level that you could have and describes it.  The longer you are a member and more you contribute, the higher the security level.  This is to let members who have helped contribute improve the site, while also keeping out some fly by night person who wants to just delete and mess stuff up from causing problems.

10 - Can leave comments

25 - Can add stories

50 - Can update classification

75 - Lock access to accounts causing problems

100 -  Full access
