I don't think Wanda is quite as powerful as she seems. Look at what she's doing instead of what she's saying. She claims to be an all powerful goddess but she doesn't risk herself but instead sends agents (like Polaris, Kitty and Magneto) out to do her dirty work for her. Maybe Doom is more unimpressed by the caution with with she treats him than impressed by her power. Then again, maybe she's every bit as powerful as she seems and its her agenda that's not what it appers. Maybe she didn't resurrect Kitty and Felicia because she needed an errand run but because she wanted to bring the bad girls back. She got her wish and it's exactly what she wanted. Now she wants to keep the world the way it is, not too many dying, no-one too powerful and certainly not allowing anyone to make the sinister sluts pure again. Instead wicked women will fight and fuck and ally and betray all for her secret amusement. If so she might turn Doom into a woman and send her back to Latveria to see how she rebels.Another solution to the problem is to have her become slowly weaker. After all she can't normally change the whole world, it takes an immense mental crisis. As good girls being evil becomes the new normal maybe Wanda's powers will diminish back to how they used to be?Finally, I think there's another person who knows exactly how to challenge Wanda. Better even than Doctor Doom and the like. It's Sue Storm. After all she has quite a bit of experience of dealing with a reality changer and keeping him under control.
