Felicia and Mary-Jane's relationship had ups and downs, where at times they were the best of friends and at others they were like to animals fighting over the same mate. This point in time, they were going through a low point where the two of them were
giving each other catty remarks. Which was where the thoughts were coming from in Felicia's mind, when she wrote them, knowing she could erase them to remove them from reality.
Felicia Hardy, also known as the Black Cat, is the sexiest woman in the world, a living goddess of beauty and sexuality. To Peter Parker, also known as Spider-man, is irressitibly drawn to Felicia almost like she has a mesmurizing effect on him. He continues
to desire her through her break up with him and his marriage to Mary-Jane Watson. While he would not normally cheat on M.J., the sole except is when it comes to cheating on his wife with Felicia. He can not resist his lust, desire and love for Felicia. Or

All woman involved with Spider-man are bisexual, except for Mary-Jane. All women are submissive to Felicia, wishing to indulge her whims. No matter how powerful the sexy female.
Felicia looked at the words written and smile at the humilitation she had written, except she had managed to miss a thing or two.
Peter has low defenses to being seduced by any beautiful woman save Mary-Jane, but is totally defenseless against the seduction of Felicia.
Mary-Jane conciously can not connect the dots, but subconciously knows of Peter's unfaithfulness even as he acts faithful. This only appears in horrible nightmares when she sleeps which still leave her well-rested and doesn't wake her suddenly at night. Plus
a few daytime daydream-like nightmares.
