Jean quickly used her powers to mask her exit from the conversation with Lois, Diana, Jessica, and Karen. The crimson haired telepath wanted to talk to Peter about what Lois said when she had seen his life and he had seen hers. Such was next to impossible but considering that there powers out there that could such a thing made her believe. From what she had seen and heard of Lois Lane she was an ambitious, career driven woman who could bust the balls on any man at 10 feet and now she was acting like a woman who was at peace and content with her new life with Peter. It was like she had a total makeover in personality. That scared Jean more than she was willing to admit. The steam from the water was hiding the visible features of Peter but she unconsciously licked her lips in seeing his muscular form through the wisps of steam. "Who's there?" Peter asked. "It's just me Peter, Jean." Jean answered. "I was wondering about what happened between you and Lois. She told us that she saw you life and you saw hers." "Yes, that's true." Peter nodded even though Jean couldn't see him. Something told him not to say anything about the new bond between him and Lois. There was more to this marriage than he thought possible. With magic anything could be possible. "And it frightens you, doesn't it Jean?" "Yes it does." Jean didn't know why she answered but she knew that Peter already had figured it out. "Considering how Lois is acting..." Jean didn't mention it out loud that even if they found a way to neutralize the magical marriage contract it was already to late for Lois. From the scan Jean had done on the reporter Lois was going to stay with Peter even if they do get out of the contract. It was like the punishment was not a punishment at all but a way to enhance and intensify the bond between Peter and all his wives.
