"So, Miss Kitten, how long until the big day finally arrives, dear?" the shop's hostess purred cheerfully over the joyful classical orchestral song playing over the store's speaker system. Her words were quickly followed by the tinkling chorus of high-pitched giggles from her younger assistants.  They had all gathered at the front of the store with rack after rack of dresses, gowns and even the skimpiest of lingerie on hand, supposedly for the former Kitty Pryde to try on.  Storm watched the scene play out from her hiding place behind a rack of multi-colored bridesmaid dresses, having ducked into the hidden spot immediately after entering the store.  Ororo guessed the vibrant section had been set aside dismissively in favor of the white bridal frocks the short brunette was all-too ready to try on and with the staff's focus on the bride-to-be, Storm's presence hadn't been noticed.

"Ooooh, Phoebe!  It's a week away!  I am absolutely bursting with excitement to finally be married!  Isn't it all so wonderful?" the voluptuous brunette called Kitten chirped, flashing a dazzling white smile.

"Everything is always wonderful in Stepford," Kitten's tall, friend added, fluffing up her big, bouffant of platinum blonde hair.  As if on cue, all the gathered women sighed happily in agreement.  Their high-pitched voices sounding almost orgasmic.

Storm couldn't believe what she was hearing.  All of these women sounded like the female mindless robots found in bizarre science fiction movies, with their vacant and docile, happy tones.  It was even more unnerving to hear that kind of talk coming out of whom she believed was Kitty, who was normally so brash and spunky.

Ororo didn't realize it, being so engrossed in watching the supposed-Kitty being led over to a wall of mirrors, but the song had changed inside the store.  It was now a soft pop ballad. Storm's subconscious mind took in the music, and for only a split second,Storm's eyes became heavily lidded.  Blinking a few times and shaking her head, Storm wondered what had come over her.  She didn't feel tired in the least, but she just felt for that half second like she couldn't have kept her eyes open.  As the song's gentle tune worked its way through her mind, her thoughts began to wander.  All of her concerns over the girl she thought of as Kitty's bizarre behavior drifted from Ororo's mind and she became caught up in the bridal theme of the boutique.  Storm turned her head to look around as she admired the white gowns.  It made her recall her own wedding to T'Challa, the Black Panther.  Ororo remembered wearing a traditional Wakandan wedding dress for the ceremony, which at the time felt appropriate for the event and an honor.  However, currently being surrounded by these gorgeous, ultra-feminine, flowing wedding gowns woven from the finest materials, made Storm ponder whether or not she had made a terrible mistake in wearing what she wore that day.  For some reason, these gowns were really starting to appeal to her.  Maybe is she had worn a traditional gown of the Western world her marriage to the Black Panther would have lasted longer, she thought.  A spike of insecurity suddenly broke through the normally confident woman's resolve.

By now, Storm was completely ignoring what was going on with the suspected-Kitty Pryde, having become much more interested in the dresses all around her. It was then that Ororo noticed, almost for the first time, the rainbow-like selection of bridesmaid dresses she was hiding behind.  Letting out a soft gasp of surprise at how beautiful they were, she couldn't help raising a tentative hand to caress the silky fabric of a bright blue dress in front of her.  At the simple touch of the fabric,Storm's legs grew weak, making her fall from her crouching position to land softly on her firm backside.  Her already slow breathing grew downright ragged, and her eyes closed as she felt pleasure crawl up and down her spine. If the dress made her feel this good from just her fingers, she wondered excitedly, what would it feel like on her naked body?  Licking her full, lips she took one last look at the blue garment before taking the soft material and rubbing it on her cheek.  She had to hold back a surprised and delighted laugh at not only the feel of the dress on her bare skin, but also at the sweet, floral aroma she had inhaled.

Storm rolled her head back as she continued to rub her face into the smooth fabric of the fabric.  She felt a trickle of warm pussy juice drip slowly from her slit and coated the front of her tight pants.  Without even thinking, Storm reached over and ran her hand along more and more of the dresses as she continued to rub her face into the blue fabric.   Ororo didn't even realize she was starting to have tears in her eyes at how beautiful everything was.  It was almost like she was swimming in a vast sea of silk dresses and, at that moment, she couldn't have been happier.

Little did the transfixed African mutant know, but a voluptuous Asian shop girl minced out of the back with a stack of white lingerie in her heavily-tanned arms.  She raised a perfectly sculpted arched eyebrow as she watched the odd woman practically sprawled out on the ground with her face buried in a bridesmaid dress.  Her heavily made-up eyes drank in Storm's strange clothing and even stranger Mohawk. The shop girl thought about her own silver strapless metallic mini-dress and how her long black hair had been done up neatly in a tight, sleek bun that rested on top of her head and thought that was how a girl was supposed to look.  The girl really couldn't figure out what the African mutant was thinking with her appearance, and in her mind she kept thinking that a girl's appearance was so important.  The Asian shop girl glanced helplessly over to the waiting Miss Kitten, and her assembled throng of helpers and then remembered what her boss had told her regarding the group's visit earlier.

Sighing to herself over the thought of having to approach the ridiculous-looking woman, the sexy Asian placed the lingerie on a side table and trotted over to Storm, her breasts jiggling with each delicate step.  "Um, excuse me," she announced, startling Ororo,"But this shop has been reserved for Miss Kitten and her guest by Miss Kitten's fiancé.  I don't mean to be rude, sweetie, but you will have to come back another time."

Storm was speechless, looking up at the curvaceous shop girl.  She then realized that she still had the blue garment in her hands.  A queasy feeling spread over her when she realized what she had been doing.  How did she lose herself to such foolishness?  And yet,the music was still playing in the background and a part of Ororo that she was subconsciously pushing down was still drawn to the beautiful dresses.  The African mutant was trying to catch her breath and bring herself back to her normal mindset.  Her mind was a fury of frantic thoughts, from Kitty, to her other missing teammates, to the injured Gambit and Rogue at the plane.  How could she have allowed herself to be so bizarrely distracted?
