Gotham City, home to the hero Batman. Duly Deputized member of the Police force who's secret identity is unknown even by Police Commissioner Gordan and Police Chief O'Hara. Aided by his partner, Robin the Boy Wonder.

 No one knew they were in truth millionaire Bruce Wayne and his ward Dick Grayson. Aided by their butler Alfred, who kept Dick's Aunt Harriet in the dark of their 'hobbies', they faced many of the worse criminals the world had ever known. Putrid elements of villainy which the world would be better off if they were locked up and never let out. However, both Batman and Bruce Wayne believe in the possibility that even the vilest criminals could be rehabilitated.

 However, one of these criminals was planning a new crime wave which would surprise even the caped crusaders. Which criminal is masterminding the scheme?
