Betty became overconfident.  She had only been a butch domme for an hour or so and thought she knew all there was to know about dragging bitches into alleys.  When Cheryl reached into her purse Betty never even considered that it was to grab a can of pepper spray.

In a moment the muscular brute was seething in pain.  She tossed Cheryl aside and the girl did not hesitate to get some distance.

Cheryl was no fighter but when Betty stopped thrashing about she gave her a kick in the shin before running off.

When her vision was clear, Betty rushed out of the alley only to find Cheryl telling a friendly police officer what had just happened.  “I’ll get you next time bitch,” Betty mumbled under her breath.  The she made her escape.

Dilton was at a loss.  Where could Betty be?  Even if he was late for their study date, was unlike her not to wait just a little bit.  It couldn’t have been her he’d just seen running away.  The universal transmogrifier had just been discharged and the transformation wouldn’t work so fast that he already wouldn’t recognize her.

After going over some possibilities in his head Dilton decided that it was too dangerous to have an operational transmogrifier even in his private space.  He would have to disable it.  He wouldn’t completely dismantle the device, he would just remove the fuse so it couldn’t be operated.

The device however had other idea’s.  Yes the device.  To analyze a persons DNA and determent the changes needed to bring out the desired effect a high level of AI was required, perhaps too high because the transmogrifier had developed if not sentience at least a survival instinct.  It wanted to live and be used.

As Dilton approached with a screw driver the Universal Transmogrifier blipped and beeped and made those annoying noises printers make when they are getting the paper into position.  Suspecting what was going on Dilton stood perfectly still.  It was useless to run.  Suddenly a beam shot out from the device.  The metatl changes were more significant thus Dilton fell unconscious while neural paths reconfigured.

Cheryl didn’t tell the police that her attacker resembled Betty.  She had seen Betty the day before and no amount of steroid abuse could change someone that quickly.  She called the Cooper household and learned from Betty’s mother than she was working on a science project with Dilton.
