The Baroness had arrived in Gotham City, which was one of two cities which seemed like New York. Even though New York exists in this world. Metropolis was a lighter safer version, while Gotham was a darker more corrupt version. The fact the former was protected by an alien with god-like powers, and the latter with some kind of Urban Legend. Likely some kind of man with technology in a suit, but there was a chance otherwise given the heroes and villains of this world.

'However, it seems much more safer for someone like me then a city with an alien, amazon, superhuman or other odd being. The best place to set up shop if I can avoid or control the Batman.' The Baroness checked the forged documents she needed for the current step of her new life. Building up an organization able to take over the world, especially with the forces she faced her instead of her home universe, required a lot of work and help.

'Which will come in one of two ways. Enslaving the Batman, or enslaving the Prince of Gotham Bruce Wayne. Given my research, Wayne either pays for the Batman's equipment, is closely connected to him... or is secretly the hero. Enslaving either one, could lead to controlling the other. Which would make building up what I need much easier.

The question is, which is easier to go after? The hero or the heir?' she had plans to go after both, but tried to judge which one was best.
