Spiderman and Black Cat met each other in the street, and they immediately loved each other. Black Cat soon developed spider powers soon, and since they were both good people, they protected the city as husband and wife. The Earth was then safe from threats.
The Manipulating Gem didn't see anything interesting, but still he thought this was quite a good ending for the human kind. It decided not to change this timeline, but still it could go back in history and changed other events that could possibly change the outcome.
But still, Earth did find peace.
