Perhaps before we begin a story on the seven, we should know what they are? What are the seven deadly sins?

They are in essence, desires. Desires are not bad things, so neither are the seven... save for one important fact. When they are uncontrolled by the person who hold them. All people can be seen as using one or more of the seven. So what are these desires?

Envy is the Desire for Other People's Things. Or hatred of other people's good fortune. It is linked with Jealousy, the loss of what you have.

Gluttony is the Desire of Excess. Mostly seen in pop culture as overeating, it is in truth when you use more then you need of anything. On of the sins linked with addiction.

Greed is the Desire for Things. Also known as Avarice, it is not just hoarding things but spending money needlessly. Like paying ten bucks for a nickel candy. Or a hundred dollars for sneakers because they have a basketball player's signature on them.

Lust is the Desire for Pleasure. Sex being extremely pleasurable is used for this in pop culture, but in truth Lust is the sin for doing something because it feels good. Another sin linked with addiction.

Pride is the Desire for Attention. Which is the most deadly and hardest to overcome, for to do it one must become humble. Yet too much focus on how humble you are can create pride in itself. Also it is hard to admit that you are wrong when filled with it. To be truly prideful is to be pride but not desire it as well.

Sloth is the Desire for Rest. It is also a lack of desire to do work, which is a virtue (diligence). Linked with Despair (The urge to give up and not do the work), manipulation (getting people to do the work for you so you can rest), and a lack of empathy. To be truth slothful is to know the right thing and do nothing.

Wraith is the Desire for Violence. Linked to hatred and racism of all kinds, it is rage taken to eleven mixed with blood-lustiness and a love of of too much violence.

These are the Seven? Which shall begin are story?
