Caitlin watched as The Flash was getting more and more of a dopey lovestruck look on his face. It was adorkably sexy. Hand going to her pocket, she activated the controls on her phone for her Mood Lightning. Stage one was love and desire for Caitlin, instant passionate love. Stage two was a quick desire to become submissive to Caitlin and to reveal everything to her. As well as a fear of loosing her if he didn't, plus hope for something more with her.
'The scientist in me is curious on how this experiment goes. Let's see.' she thought as she then spoke out loud, "Thanks you for saving me. Do you want to go to my place... for some hot coffee."
Barry hadn't believed in love at first sight, till he met her. She had told him her name was Doctor Caitlin Snow, a medical doctor new to STAR labs. He knew he wanted to spend more time with her. Which would be a better use of his time then mooning over Iris, the daughter of the cop who adopted him after his mother's death and father's wrongful imprisonment. Seated on a sofa, they were sipping hot coffee (Cait liked it super hot for some reason), while he took all attempts to look at her glasses with how they made her blue eyes pop! He couldn't stop looking at them. He realized he was still in his uniform and under his cowl as they made small talk.
While he did this, he developed a fear of not being honest with her, not telling her the truth. Especially if he wanted to go further with her. Emotions were powerful, able to make people do anything even irrational while justifying it to themselves. The Mood Lightning was accelerating this process.
