The symbiote suddenly started to separate from Eddie Brock and latched on my body. "Nooo.."I screamed, trying to take it off my body but it was too late. Soon the Symbiote had completely covered my body. I threw away Eddie's body and stood up straight wearing what appeared to be my old black costume. The Spider Symbol stood out stark white against the black of it along with the symbiote''s usual white eyes. It felt the same than when I wore it good,and empowering.
Suddenly, I felt a familiar tingle in the base of my skull quickly followed by the arrival of Cletus Cassidy aka Carnage in the sewers.
"Hello Daddy" cackled Carnage as he entered the room, "Thanks for all these new symbiotes pods in the city, I'm really having a treat, he, he he, wait, you're Spiderman, not Brock but you have his symbiote, well let's kill two birds with one stone" he cackled as he rushed towards me, his claws ready to tear me apart.
"CARNAGE!!! KILL HIM!!! "screamed the symbiote in my mind.
This felt weird, I could feel Venom's hatred of Carnage seeping into my mind as if it was mine, as if we were...bonded.
"Yess, now you feel what I feel, we will soon be fully bonded Parker, but your body as he is now is too weak to fight our despicable spawn, we shall be one, mind and BODY."
I suddenly lost control of my body as the symbiote hijacked my nervous system. My body becoming heavy with rippling muscles, making me as big as Brock had been minutes ago, the oval white eyes of my suit morphed into Venom's jagged patches and bonding with my eyes, giving me a sharper 180° vision. In the same time the symbiote flooded the inside of my mouth, replacing my teeth by razor sharp fangs and coating my tongue, making it snake-like, my mask changing into Venom's iconic fang filled maw.
"Yess, perfect" hissed the symbiote, giving me back the control of my body."We are Venom now, let's get rid of our spawn !!.
I didn't have time to ponder about my transformation as Carnage latched upon me.I stopped him easily and punched him in the stomach, sending him into the opposite wall, the impact of it forming a crate.
I flexed my powerful veined biceps, clenched my black clawed hands, and, opening my new maw roared expressing our glee at Carnage's defeat.
"Did we do that" ? I said, with a disturbing mix of my own voice and the Symbiote's hiss and feeling natural to use Venom's plural form.
"Yesss, we did, now kill the ssspawn" hissed the symbiote in my mind.
"NO,we accept being the new Venom and enjoy it but we will never kill, this is not negotiable." we hissed loudly.
"Very well, it will be amusing to watch how long you can keep up with thisss." snarled the symbiote wickedly.
