Out in Utopia, Emma Frost laid in an operating room unaware of the machinations set against her and everyone else she knew. If she had her defenses up, she might have caught on to the awful plot starting with her, but there were so few mutants left in
the world and none of them appeared to be experts in plastic surgery. With the recent recall in silicone breast implants, and a lull in activity to defend or fight against, she knew she had to schedule an appointment with someone, anyone, fast.
As she passed out, the surgeon entered the room, carting in a very specially designated replacement for Emma's boob stuffers. He may have been a man of conscience and the hippocratic oath, but enough money to set you and your children for life tends to warp
the values when weighed against one person. With the Hellfire Club's money already in his bank account, the surgeon set to work.
