Watching the others slowly begin to
accept their new mattra a low growl echoed out amongst them all. Looking down
at his stomach and rubbing its surface Hudson wasn’t the only one that sounded
hungry, the other gargoyles in the group held their own paunches when their
stomachs growled. “Well then, looks like that settles our next step.”
Sauntering over to Hudson Elisa traced a claw down his gut all the way down to
his semi-erect cock before stepping out of the group over to the ledge she
created as a crude entrance to their lair.
“WE are going out to feed, with our
greater appetites we will need much if we are to be sated.”
“Wonderful idea sister.” Cooed Angela,
joining Elisa’s side and nudging her rump against the gargoyle’s thigh. “This
could be an excellent chance to teach our young how to fly… And hunt.”
When the rest of the Gargoyles gathered
at the ledge one by one they spread open their wings and leapt off, flying out
into the night air to circle high above the skyline, no one below could see the
two dozen winged creatures overhead, making it a perfect way for the gargoyles
to find something to sink their teeth into.
Looking over their shoulders Elisa,
Demona and Angela beamed with pride at how their first born took to flight so
quickly, joining them all in the air, even Fox had joined them, her need to
satisfy the clan even stemming in following their every command.
Looking down below the flock of
Gargoyles flew and circled until Demona spotted something that made her lick
her lips. Following the dark blue alpha, the clan landed above the shipping
crate of food at the dock works. The crews had already closed for the night,
leaving the place quiet and easy pickings. “Dig in everybody, eat til your
full, then keep eating.”

Far out of sight from the mortal realm
Puck walked cautiously through the city of Avalon, the kingdom of the fairy
folk. The last few years had made Puck something of a laughing stock of late,
the rest of the fairies and demi-gods looked to the thin trickster with a
chuckle before going back to their conversations. He wasn’t worried about them of
course; the REAL problem was who he was there to speak with.
Heading up to the great palace Puck
floated his way up to the royal hall where the most powerful beings on Earth
sat, comfortably in their seats of power, and bored!
“Ah Puck, you have returned to us, have
you grown disinterested in the humans already?” Asked Oberon, swirling a fluted
glass in his fingers while his wife Titannia filed her finger nails with a look
of apathy. “Actually my lord I’m here to see… Uh… Odin.” At the mention of his
name several ravens flew into the great hall and gathered in one spot,
exploding into a mass of black feathers to reveal the great norse god looming
several feet over the tiny Puck, who suddenly found the scarf of his coat very
itchy.
“What does the lowly Puck wish of the
god of the north hmm?”
“Well, GOOD news I found your missing
eye.” Suddenly finding a burly leather gloved hand shoved in front of his face
open and waiting, Puck chuckled and took a step back. “Yeah… That comes with
BAD news too, it got eaten.”
Outside the castle the fairies of
Avalon looked towards the castle to find frozen winds and lightning crash at
every tower, the windows bursting open like an explosion from the mighty temper
tantrum. Inside the hall had become flash frozen, with icicles and snow still
falling from the ceiling and Odin gripping Puck by his shirt and hoisting him
up. “WHO, WHO DARES EAT MY EYE?” Forced to look down at the bearded norse god
and his single glaring eye Puck looked to Oberon and Titannia to find them
still disinterested despite their home completely caked in ice.
“The Gargoyles, the fat one ate it
after stopping Demona from casting a major whammy on the city, now they’re
going nuts… Mr. Xanatos is NOT going to like the mess.”
Pulled in close until he was eye to eye
with Odin the massive man spoke quietly so that only they could hear. “Take me
there now!”
