The Mastermind was observing the plots which were occuring. With Batman and Superman being well on their way to being distracted enough to avoid the MM's crimes while keeping the world spinning, the next phases were moving into place.
His main plan had been to distract the Trinity (Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman), then move on to most of the other seven big hitters (Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Martian Manhunter). He had two out of the Trinity... but finding Circe to take care of Wonder Woman was proving less then effective.
However, 'It looks like the Diamond Lights are effective. Given her tryst with Batman and flirting with Superman, the other two members of the Trinity might be able to distract her. If not, I could find someone who could.'
The Mastermind looked at his other plans. His one for the Martian was still in the works, other then a Psionic Device to make changes in the others look normal. The other three...
Green Lantern's distraction had been primed for a while. Carol Ferris, he had learned, often became the villain Star Sapphire. A villain with similar powers of the Lantern, who in The Mastermind's study of his powers, could do anything with his ring. Even likely mind control, with only morals and inexperience stopping him.
'So I program Ferris, so when she becomes Star Sapphire in all likelihood, he uses her powers to mind control Lantern when his defenses are down. Making him her love slaves if I am right. Even having the woman study the mind on her off time, with her making up justifications why she is doing it.'
The Flash would be directed by Lisa Snart, Golden Glider. Captain Cold's sister, former lover of Roscoe "The Top" Dillon, and supervillain ice skater. Which she became after the death of Dillon during his due with the Flash. Using Hypno diamonds and jewels, she made the Flash fall for her. Even learning, which was revelled to the Mastermind, his civilian identity as CSI Barry Allen. The Top was resurrect but they broke up afterwards and she gave up crime.
'Till I found her and gave her some... encouragement. Convinced her she's in love with Allen in both identities, and now she's willing for my help to make him hers. Even if getting him off my case when I need it. To help her, we have upgraded her hyno-jewels with Diamond Light based technology. Even found a way to fuse it with clothing, even if that is experimental. A Diamond Light set up in her 'home' and locations she could meet the Flash/Allen will help, reinforcing her programming as well as his. To see how my superspeed subliminals work against a speedster... he will not be able to detect them, but I am unsure if he will be programmed faster or slower then others. Hopefully the former...'
Hila, identical twin sister of Queen Mera of Atlantis and sometimes known as Siren, was his agent against Aquaman. Hila had always been a troublemaker, even villainious at times. So it was easier to manipulate her with some additional artifical amping up. The plan?
'I boosted her envy and desire for what her sister has. A handsome, sexy man with power and money to make a family with. So using a number of various modified versions of her former lover Kandor's Hypnotic Gas, she will take that life over. Make King Orin her loyal and loving lover, her sister a submissive servant in all things, and be the beloved of Atlantis. She will also use them to convince Mera to help Hila to do it.
The gas is now odorless and invisible, has different time limits and can be mixed into perfumes. Hila being given a method to avoid being affected by the hypnotic gases we give her... not the ones we might use on her.'
Ferris was primed, waiting for her power. But he had given Snart and Hila the heads up to move out, with their covers and supplies set up and in action. He continued to watch and adapt his plans.
