Looking at the ring, Mindy was overcome with a realization. She had won. She had actually won. Defeating Superman was as simple as saying I will defeat Superman.
With that out of the way she thought instead about how best to savour her victory.
She could make Superman her dutiful servant, her errant sex toy, or just eliminate him all together.
No! She thought. She wanted to conquer Superman as he was now. She wanted to break down the good man that he was and corrupt him without magic (at least without magic directed at Superman himself). Fist she needed to be close to him.
