Josh Foley, known as the former New Mutant Elixir, has the power of Biokinesis. The power to manipulate organic beings, changing them as he wants. Usually this is done in one of two ways: Healing damage (fixing broken bones, removing burns and scar tissues, reactivating/activating mutant abilities) or causing damage (Boils, cancers, removing powers, negative mutations). He can even alter the DNA of living things.

 Which makes him an Omega mutant.

 He is also egotistical and inconsiderate at times.

 The perverted potential comes from the power to reshape a person's body at will, with things like body enhancements like enlarging breasts or rebuilding the mind to alter the thoughts of subject. Triggering sexual pleasure in others or even making people addicted to people, things or actions. He can also likely be able to switch gender and/or ethnic identities of people with genetic manipulation using Biokinesis.

 So we have a young, likely horny man with powers ripe for perversion. How can we start...
